Training objectives
À l'issue de cette formation, le participant aura la capacité de :
- utiliser la partie du portail français, SOPRANO, pour effectuer les demandes d'autorisation dématérialisées et de les suivre ;
- appréhender le portail européen, TP-CDS, pour demander et suivre les autorisations douanières qui y sont associées.

- Saisie de la demande de RTC dans SOPRANO
- Suivi des statuts et délivrance des autorisations, délais, etc.
- Présentation de REX
- Saisie de la demande d'exportateur enregistré dans SOPRANO
- Suivi des statuts et délivrance des autorisations, délais, etc.
- Présentation des principaux régimes particuliers
- Saisie de la demande de régime particulier dans CDS.
- Suivi des statuts et délivrance des autorisations, délais, etc.
- Le dépôt temporaire
- Le transit
- le TIR

Le planning de l’année suivante paraît, en principe, courant septembre de chaque année sur le catalogue public en ligne.
Les inscriptions seront de même ouvertes dès mise en ligne du catalogue. Patience…

Under what deadline can I register for the training that interests me?
Pour une inscription inter-entreprises à la carte :
You can register at any time, as soon as the catalogue is online and ideally up to 3 weeks before the event, subject to availability.
However, in order to best prepare your training, the ideal is to plan your registration within a period of 6 weeks before the action. This delay allows you to apply for your OPCO, if applicable, and to prepare your financing file.
For any request, the ODASCE undertakes to respond to you within 72 hours (working days).

Are ODASCE training courses eligible for the CPF (Personal Training Account)?
In France, only certifying, qualifying or diploma-based training can be eligible for the CPF (Personal Training Account).
À ce jour, 3 de nos formations certifiantes sont bien éligibles au CPF.
Pay-per-view or non-certifying courses are not eligible for CPF funding.
Can the fundraising funds directly cover the financing of the training?
Coverage by the collection funds (e.g. OPCO) is possible.
- Plan your registration within 6 weeks before the event. This delay allows you to apply for your OPCO, if applicable, and to prepare your financing file.
- Indicate the details of the fund to be invoiced on the registration form, in the space provided for this purpose.
Are the training provided by ODASCE to foreign taxpayers taxable under VAT in France?
The inter-company training provided by ODASCE as part of continuing professional training falls under the rules of territoriality of cultural, artistic, sporting, scientific, educational, entertainment or similar services. According to Article 53 of Directive 2006/112 (transposed to Article 259 A 5° bis of the CGI), registration fees are subject to VAT in the country where the service is performed.
Are training courses covered as part of the employer’s participation in vocational training?
The training courses are subject to a training agreement established in accordance with the legislation in force since ODASCE has the required approvals. They are therefore attributable to the title of the company’s skills development plan.
Les réservations d'hôtels sont-elles effectuées par l'ODASCE ?
Non. Néanmoins nous mettons à votre disposition une liste d’hôtels de proximité disponible dans la rubrique « formation » de notre site.
Que fait l’ODASCE après avoir reçu le bulletin d’inscription ?
Vous recevez environ 3 semaines avant la date de formation ou au plus tard lors de la confirmation de tenue de la session :
- Une convention de formation ou un contrat pour les particuliers, à signer électroniquement
- Une convocation
- Le cas échéant une facture
À la fin du module, une attestation de fin de formation est remise au participant, émargement à l’appui, accompagnée d’une copie de la liste d’émargement.
