Q&A
How to know if I have the necessary level of knowledge to follow a training module ?
The "Prerequisites" section of the module’s teaching sheet will indicate the prerequisites for successful follow-up of the training. In case of difficulties positioning yourself, do not hesitate to consult our teaching team at contact@odasce.org or at + 33 1 55 34 76 80.
I am disabled, can I follow a training offered by the ODASCE?
The ODASCE does not exclude in any case the registration of a person with a disability.
Under what deadline can I register for the training that interests me?
For an inter-company registration à la carte:
You can register at any time, as soon as the catalogue is online and ideally up to 3 weeks before the event, subject to availability.
However, in order to best prepare your training, the ideal is to plan your registration within a period of 6 weeks before the action. This delay allows you to apply for your OPCO, if applicable, and to prepare your financing file.
For any request, the ODASCE undertakes to respond to you within 72 hours (working days).
The dates of all our training sessions are listed on the catalogue.
From this catalog, you will be able to access the sheet of each module where the next available sessions are displayed. Registration is also done online, from this page.
For registration in a certifying program:
The complete file* for admission to the course must reach the ODASCE no later than 1 month before the start of the first educational module, subject to availability.
(*) The registration procedures are specified in the "Certification courses" section of the "Training" tab.
For the implementation of standard or personalized intra-company training:
For any standard request, an online registration is required from our catalog.
For any specific request, a dedicated form is available in the tab "Custom training"
In all cases, the required time between the request and the implementation of the educational action is at least 1 month.
Are ODASCE training courses eligible for the CPF (Personal Training Account)?
In France, only certifying, qualifying or diploma-based training can be eligible for the CPF (Personal Training Account).
To date, 3 of our certifying courses are indeed eligible for the CPF.
Pay-per-view or non-certifying courses are not eligible for CPF funding.
Can the fundraising funds directly cover the financing of the training?
Coverage by the collection funds (e.g. OPCO) is possible.
- Plan your registration within 6 weeks before the event. This delay allows you to apply for your OPCO, if applicable, and to prepare your financing file.
- Indicate the details of the fund to be invoiced on the registration form, in the space provided for this purpose.
Are the training provided by ODASCE to foreign taxpayers taxable under VAT in France?
The inter-company training provided by ODASCE as part of continuing professional training falls under the rules of territoriality of cultural, artistic, sporting, scientific, educational, entertainment or similar services. According to Article 53 of Directive 2006/112 (transposed to Article 259 A 5° bis of the CGI), registration fees are subject to VAT in the country where the service is performed.
Are training courses covered as part of the employer’s participation in vocational training?
The training courses are subject to a training agreement established in accordance with the legislation in force since ODASCE has the required approvals. They are therefore attributable to the title of the company’s skills development plan.
